The fund is pleased to announce the addition of Rick Reisner to the Tennessee Valley Ventures team. Rick has an extensive background in mergers and acquisitions, including experience with the investment banking groups of Stephens, Inc., McDonald & Co., and J.C. Bradford & Co., where he spent 12 years in the mergers and acquisitions department. He received his B.S. from the University of Virginia and his M.B.A. from the University of Texas. Rick will be primarily assisting the fund with deal generation and deal closing.
